Common questions

I purchased the app but it still shows the free version

Open the app and go to any locked strategy. On the paywall screen, tap Restore previous purchase. This will reconnect your purchase to the current device.

I want a refund

Purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's refund process. You can also email us and we will help where we can.

The app is crashing or something isn't working

Email us at [email protected] with a description of what happened and which device and OS version you are using. We will look into it promptly.
