Open the app and go to any locked strategy. On the paywall screen, tap Restore previous purchase. This will reconnect your purchase to the current device.
Purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem page or Google Play's refund process. You can also email us and we will help where we can.
